Privacy Policy

The short version

Our software runs in your environment and sends us nothing. No telemetry, no analytics callbacks, no usage data in any Oubliette package. The only personal data we hold is what you choose to send us.

What we collect

• Contact form / email: name, email, and your message — used to respond to you, kept as ordinary business correspondence.
• License purchases: handled by the payment processor (their privacy policy applies); we receive name, email, and purchase metadata to issue and support your license.
• Live demo: prompts submitted to the demo are processed to produce a verdict; we retain detection metadata (verdict, category, timestamp) for service quality — not for training, not for resale.
• Website: standard server logs (IP, user agent) retained briefly for security and abuse prevention. No advertising trackers.

What we don't do

• Sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing. Ever.
• Train models on your prompts, logs, or demo submissions.
• Receive anything from self-hosted deployments of our software.

Your rights

Email privacy@oubliettesecurity.com (or use the contact form) to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK visitors: processing is based on legitimate interest (responding to inquiries, providing services); you may object at any time.

Changes

Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
